Overview

Project definition and vision

This is not simply exchange support. It is substantive execution — from demand sourcing and proposals through meetings, documentation and follow-on business.

Project name

2026 Korea–China Cultural Trade Exchange Project — Korea-side Designated Operating Business

Definition

As the Korea-side designated operator, SR International is the execution platform that converts Korea–China demand in culture, trade, brand, content and industry into real business opportunities.

Purpose

Under the official partnership framework of the Korea–China Silk Road International Exchange Association, we source Korean institutions, companies, brands, content and industry partners and connect them to counterparts on the China side.

Vision

To establish SR International not just as an operator, but as a specialized execution partner that can repeatedly plan and run Korea–China projects.

Why now

Demand is large, but execution often stalls

Across culture, brand, content, tech, healthcare, bio, AI and robotics there is strong collaboration potential — but the structure that turns demand into execution has been missing.

Unclear official channel

It is often unclear who is the official Korea-side window or who coordinates on the ground.

Lacking logic and materials

After early meetings, the narrative and documents needed to continue the conversation are missing, and progress stalls.

Cultural and business gap

Differences in language, policy and business style frequently halt projects midway.

Services

Six roles that make the project actually move

Not mere introductions, translation or event agency work — we cover planning, coordination, documentation and execution design.

Partnership channel operation

We maintain the practical point of contact on the Korea side and carry the dialogue with potential partners.

Business development and sourcing

Strategic sourcing driven by feasibility, symbolic value and scalability — not volume.

Document and proposal structuring

We turn the logic of cooperation into documents in the language and form counterparties can act on.

Meeting and coordination

From setting up meetings to preparing agendas and coordinating follow-through.

Feasibility review and execution design

We refine introductions into cooperation plans that can actually be executed.

Follow-on business

First conversations extend into contracts, consulting, joint projects and distribution partnerships.

Scale

Expected impact

Short, mid and long-term outcomes

Beyond single-project revenue, this is the starting point of a new platform-business line.

Short term

Official operating track record, a Korea–China project pipeline, and expanded contact with institutions, companies and brands.

Mid term

Positioning as a specialized operator, expanding into follow-on consulting, individual corporate projects and long-term operating partnerships.

Long term

Establishing SR International as a specialized platform for cultural trade, industrial linkage, brand collaboration and international exchange.

Risk response

Executable even in uncertainty

We focus on structural response capacity rather than waiting for the external environment to stabilize.

Center on practical and industrial cooperation rather than political topics.

Concentrate on high-feasibility areas instead of overreaching from the start.

Clearly separate roles among the association, SR International and the China-side operating team.

Design base operating revenue alongside follow-on performance revenue.
